These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the SleekValley Clay Collective website and studio services. By using our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

2. Bookings and payments

Placing a course in your cart does not reserve a seat. Seats are confirmed only after successful payment and receipt of a confirmation email. Prices may change before purchase is completed.

3. Cancellations and refunds

You may cancel up to 7 days before the course start date for a full refund. Within 7 days, we may provide studio credit if the seat is filled from the waitlist. No-shows are not refundable.

4. Studio conduct and safety

Use tools and equipment as instructed and wear appropriate attire.
Follow posted safety procedures and instructor guidance at all times.
Respect shared spaces; clean your station and return tools after use.

5. Intellectual property

All site content, course materials, and trademarks are owned by SleekValley Clay Collective or our licensors and are protected by applicable laws. You may not copy or distribute course materials without permission.

6. Disclaimer

Services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee specific creative outcomes or sales of your work.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill.

8. Third‑party services

Payment processing and certain site features may rely on third parties subject to their terms and policies. We are not responsible for their practices.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
